I make Book of Mormon jokes and almost beat myself up :)

The first few pics is Food that I made in the microwave lol I found out this week that you can make almost anything in that beautiful thing!. Like pie crust, brownies, pancakes.... really anything nuked, cheese on bread.... it’s great. (And by the way, keep reading to the end of this post and you will find a lovely surprise! A video!!!)

So we went to Zone Conference and I saw my MTC companions, it was way fun to see everyone in the mission. I think we have like 48 missionaries now.

I burned my Panty hose like a good little missionary!!! Can you believe it’s already been 6 months! Where does the time go!!

After we got done burning the panty hose it smelled really bad so we went back inside and ate some pie!!! Jennie really is so cool she sent me pudding and so we eat it for special times, like my 6 month mark!

This week has gone by really fast! ... I was sleeping for most of it but that's ok ... right lol. I got sick again but not too bad, I had a fever but was able to go out for a meeting or two. My comp thought I was funny so she took a pic while I was sleeping. Then my comp got it so we were in for the good part of two days, And to top it off we had Zone Conference, that makes ya loses a day in its self. So we tried to make up for lost time when we did go out. We’re really happy to be out now.


I really have started to love the people in Nork just as much as the people in Gyumri. I was really scared at first to come here but it has been such a growing experience. I really like the ward out here, the Branch President is really good to work with us. I feel bad that I call him so much but he is so much help! He came with us to an appointment and has helped a lot!

My investigators are doing really good. We have one, he's about 17 and a really good kid, he will get baptized on the 29th if all goes well. Fina we are still working on helping her quit smoking. She wants to be baptized so bad I really hope that we can help here! Fina is so strong the spirit is so good when we go over to her house.

We have another Russian investigator, this makes 1/2 of our investigators Russian... it’s hard but makes me feel better when I don't know what they are saying.
If you wanted to know the world thinks I'm Russian, it’s really funny they all talk to me first in Russian and don't believe me when I say I'm American.

Its crazy how much I can feel the Lord right by my side in everything I do. Like this week I gave a talk in church and I only have like a 2 min warning but I didn't get scared! that's one blessing. I get scared when it’s in English but I was able to just go up and I totally KILLED their language for 15- 20 min. They seemed to like it, they told me I was cute and my Language is getting better... If they caught I was talking about prophets or not I don't know but it was good. lol I started by telling them that it's hard for me to talk but not as hard as it will be for them to try to figure out what I'm trying to say. Then I got started; I wrote the word for boat on my finger so I could talk about Noah lol it worked well till I got to the word rain so I had to pantomime it :) they seemed to really like that.

Well I got to be going but know I love you so much have a good week :)

I'm a real missionary now!!

The rug is my Easter egg hunt I did for my self lol I don't eat the candies they give me so I slip it in my bag and give it to kids later, so I pulled it out along with an egg Rafiek gave me. (a old grandpa in my ward) and did my own Easter egg hunt lol I made a video to lol it was fun.

there are all so some pics of what ppl wrote on the walls. It was funny to me that one said B.F.F. and Hip hop never dies... There was English and Russian but no Armenian ... Am I the only one that finds that odd?

Well I may be crazy but your stuck with me for life so take it as it comes lol.

So this week has gone by so good I really had a lot of fun! Nork is so great I finally feel like I’m really a missionary. A lot of time I do the work but I don’t feel like much is happening. I know I’m doing good I just don’t know where. But here at Nork I can see the need is so great for the missionaries and they just love us so much.

I did some research and found out more about missionaries in Nork. Back in 06 there were sisters that had part of this area but they lived in Arabger which is about 20 min away from here. Then they split the ward 3 or 4 years ago and gave the Elders that part of the area and the rest of Nork… then like I said in my last letter they had to close it down for a while. Now I’m here, so for most of the area my comp and I are in we are the first Sister missionaries here.

So I want to tell you we have awesome people here, our first few days were hard! We did like 6 hrs of walking straight for the first few days because we had no investigators. And didn’t know any of the members or less actives. So we got out our ward list and would pick one and go try to find their house. We spent a full hr. trying to find the 12^th dorm, they don’t order them in order it’s all crazy and really hard but we found it… God found it and showed us where to go. That’s really how it went down.

The members here love us and keep giving us referrals. It’s so nice that they trust us and want to have us teach their friends. It makes the work a lot smoother when the members help ya out. We also have a way good Branch President and that helps a lot.

So we found investigators!!!! Yay!!! Well I just can’t tell you how much my testimony of how much this is not anything I’m doing its all the Lord at work I just get to come along for the ride. We have way good investigators really they are bomb! Luisa has decided to be baptized on May first. And Fina was trying to figure out if she wanted to wait for her son (Degron) or not and she came to the decision that she should get baptized now and not wait!!!! I could have cried I was so happy. Most people here put it off, and then it doesn’t happen, but she really wants it and I’m so happy for her! Oh so fun world Fina and Degron are Russian so My American companion and I are teaching in our second language and they’re learning in their second language. And somehow they know this church is true and keep coming back for more. I’m so grateful that the Holy Ghost only has one language!

So after writing you last week I found a puppy and decided that I didn’t care I was GOING TO PET IT!!! That was until it TRIED TO BITE ME!!! AND RAN ME OUT OF THE PARK!!! I had no idea puppies could be anything but friendly lol. So I saw it and was going to it and it came to me and right as I was like yay a puppy… it started to make biting noses and charging me lol then it called its attacker killer puppy friends and the 3 of them chased me out… But it’s ok when we were leaving our apartment I saw them again and gave them some bread and after that we were friends but I didn’t end up petting them… It did try to bite me… We also found a bear in that park! … ok so it turned out to be a massive dog but still I thought it was a small bear!

How has the weather been there it’s been really rainy here but it’s warm for the most part. Whats going on with the family? How is Grandma and all of them? I need an informant that keeps me updated on whats going on with the family.

Hey what are the chances of me getting a hand written letter from home? You don’t have to … lol
